We have recently confirmed multiple suspicious emails impersonating the name of our company’s representative, requesting the creation of LINE groups or the sending of invitation QR codes.
These emails have no connection whatsoever with our company. Neither our company nor our representatives ever request customers to create LINE groups.
If you receive any similar communications, please strictly observe the following measures to prevent damage:
・Do not click on any URLs included in the message or open any attachments
・Do not reply, and do not enter or provide personal information or bank account details
・Do not create or join any LINE groups (do not send QR codes or invitation links)
・Do not provide or share any information under any circumstances
Please note that even if the sender’s name appears as our company name or the name of a related person, the sender’s email address domain may differ from our official domain. Be sure to verify the sender information carefully.
If you receive any request for fund transfers or information disclosure, do not use the contact details provided in the email. Instead, be sure to verify the authenticity through previously known telephone numbers or established contact details of your assigned representative.
