As Queen Bee Capital Co., Ltd. Upon taking sufficient safety management measures, we acquire and use the following personal information (including Individual Number and other personal information that contains Individual Number) through the Website or Application.

  1. When customer registers as a user to use our service, we will acquire information, such as customer’s name, address, date of birth, Individual Number, phone number, email address, transaction purpose, and other public information that contains personal information.
  2. When customer uses our service, we will acquire information, such as device used to connect with Internet, IP address, customer login information, browser type and version, operating system etc.
  3. When customer continues to use our service, we will acquire information, such as bank account information, customer profile picture etc.
  4. When it becomes necessary to scrutinize the remittance purpose of customer, in order to comply with the regulation, we may acquire information, such as documents (invoices, contracts, quotations etc.) which contains personal information and supports the remittance purpose, chat or email history with beneficiary, identification documents of beneficiary or related beneficiary, customer’s financial institution transactions status, customer’s final tax return data etc.
  5. When customer logs in to our service using his/her social media network account, we will acquire necessary personal information in order to authenticate access to our service.
  6. When customer uses mobile device application, we will obtain the terminal ID of the mobile device. We might use the information to customize our services for customer and the device, and to analyze any device issues that might be related to our services.

4. Purpose of using personal information

Unless permitted by law, the Company shall handle personal information within the scope of the purpose of use in each of the following items.

6. Joint use of personal information

The Company shall not share and joint use personal information without the consent of the customer.

7. Consignment of personal information

The Company might consign part of our business operations to subcontractors to provide better services to our customers. At that time, personal information might be entrusted to the subcontractor. In that case, the Company shall select a contractor that satisfies the sufficient level of protection of personal information, conclude a contract for the protection of personal information, and thoroughly manage and supervise the contractor.

8. Request for disclosure and correction of personal information
